When selected movie is present on selected medium, then additional panel is
displayed, panel contains information about current INSTANCE of selected
TRACK on selected MEDIUM(eg. size, format, aspect
ratio, ...)

When selected movie is NOT present on selected medium, then button instead of
panel is displayed, by clicking the button you can create new INSTANCE
of selected TRACK on selected MEDIUM So you can have more movies on one medium, one movie recorded on more media(in different qualities(languages) for example), but not one movie twice on any medium.
